just been on a job and the joiner put 45mm ones in where the plans said FD30, but the gaffer is kicking off saying they gotta be 44mm minimum or its fail the cert. i thought 44 or 45 both fine for half hour doors?? now im proper confused. also seen some 54mm for the hour ones. is there a proper rule or is it whatever the maker says on the label?? dont wanna fit wrong ones and get shouted at again haha
